Scope of this notice
This notice describes information submitted through the Virtual Moving Technologies (VMT) marketing website. It does not describe data processing inside the VMT platform or a customer's own survey records.
Information you choose to provide
When you submit an account request, VMT receives the company name, primary contact name, email address, telephone number, selected package, and Service Agreement acceptance/version supplied with the request. When you contact VMT by email, VMT receives the information included in your message.
How VMT uses account-request information
VMT uses account-request information to review the request, discuss VMT services, prepare account setup, and send payment authorization instructions after approval. Payment information is not collected on this website.
Account-request notifications
When an account request is submitted, this website sends the request details to VMT's internal Google Chat notification workflow so the VMT team can review and follow up. The contact form prepares an email in your email application addressed to VMT; it does not create an account request.
Browser storage
This website stores your cookie-notice choice in your browser's local storage under the key vmt-cookie-consent. You can clear local storage through your browser settings. The website does not use that preference to enable optional analytics or advertising tags.
